Event manager seems to display multiple daily messages, only one at a time. How about some data on the calendar, or in the popup screen saying ``message one of three'' ?

The popup shows 1/5, 2/5 etc for 5 popups.

Event manager stays in ram (needlessly) even after the day's messages are displayed and read.  How about an option to exit the program automatically, if one only wants one reminder at computer startup?

Since a couple of weeks, I no longer get to see popup reminders. I installed the latest stable version and the problem remains the same.
What can I do?

I think I found a workaround by:

setting the event for 1am

and including the event between the hours of 1am and 12pm (or similar).

It seems to be working well here... and my chime is playing on each hour.

I hope you are well Cleon and not suffering from ill health - it's been a while between posts.

I firstly posted this in the 'contact' section of your web site but after pressing submit there was no confirmation - am reposting here which is probably more appropriate anyway.

I'm trying to implement an hourly chime and I think there is an issue that prevents me from doing so.

Please see the image here

I've set the reminder for 0 minutes before the event, hide the reminder window, play a WAV file, and then repeat the event hourly on every day between 12am and 12pm.  The events seem to span 12 hours and add a single extra event without a time attached.

Event Manager 2.2.0 249
Windows XP Pro SP3

Many thanks for your time and for Event Manager.

Regards
Michael

Hello, first of all, thank you for such a great app.

Is it possible to define a "Default" Setting for our events ?

For example, I always like my entries to be without a popup reminder. Instead of doing it for each event, can't we have a "set as default" checkbox ? so that it stays that way the next time ?

Also, is it possible to sort events by the columns and see the notes column in the main view ?

thanks a lot for your hard work.
